Paul is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an ordained pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). He currently serves at Sabylund Lutheran Church in the beautiful rolling hills of Pepin County, Wisconsin, just off the Mississippi River.
